Jussi Uitti

Mr. Uitti is a Consultant at UNO's Washington, DC office. He specializes in the economic analyses related to trade remedy proceedings including the research and preparation of surrogate values for non-market economy proceedings, analysis of trade statistics and modeling of antidumping duty simulations.

He has experience working with companies in the paper, industrial chemical, steel, tire, and consumer goods industries.

Before joining UNO, Mr. Uitti held positions at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars analyzing global value chains and at FIVS, a worldwide trade federation of the alcohol beverage industry, where he researched non-tariff barriers and customs issues on behalf of member companies. Prior to beginning his studies in the United States, he served as a Sergeant in the Finnish Defense Forces.

Mr. Uitti graduated summa cum laude from American University with a Bachelor's Degree in International Studies and he holds a Master's Degree in International Relations and International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies.
